Sparrow’s Nest is less than 2 miles from the beaches at Dawlish and Dawlish Warren and the ferry to Exmouth. The views to the Haldon Hills over open fields are stunning. The cottage is surrounded by farmland; your only neighbours are us next door. Few areas of the country can offer such a wonderful choice of interesting and beautiful places to visit within such a short distance.

We think you’ll find that the cottage has everything you’ll need for a comfortable and unforgettable self-catering holiday.  With a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the cottage sleeps 4; the side and back garden are enclosed and safe for children, and you can park in the front garden.
